The price per night includes the fee for the rental of bed and bath linen.\u00a0<\/span>This fee also includes the provision of the necessary items to get you stay off to a carefree start: coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard, as well as toilet paper, shower gel, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent pods, garbage bags. These products are in sufficient quantities to start your stay but are not intended to cover all the needs of your stay.<\/span><\/p>\n

A cleaning fee of 30 euros is automatically applied to the price of your stay, regardless of its length (the accommodation is cleaned once at the end of your stay, after your departure).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Booking and cancellation conditions, taxes<\/span><\/h4><\/div>

Rental payment:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Payment of the reservation is by credit card, online, on this site. The amount of the reservation is automatically charged 14 days before your arrival (if you book earlier than the 14 days before your arrival, nothing is charged at the time of the reservation). If you book less than 14 days before your arrival, the full amount of the booking is charged immediately.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation policy:<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

When you book your stay on this site, you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days (11:30pm) before arrival. If you cancel 14 days or less before arrival, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the rental of the apartments or the Villa is done through an online travel agency OTA (such as booking or airb&b), the guest should refer to the rental and cancellation policy of the agency with which he\/she has signed the rental contract.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Taxes\u00a0:<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

A tourist tax is applicable in Dieppe when renting an apartment at Villa Augustine.\u00a0<\/span>It is 2 euros per adult (from 18 years old) and per night. Children are not subject to the tourist tax. This tax is collected by us and transferred to the tax office. The tourist tax is exclusively allocated to the expenses relating to tourism incurred by the Tourist Office Dieppe-Maritime.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rental conditions <\/span><\/h4><\/div>
<\/p>\n

La Villa Augustine (SCI Villa Auguste) \u2013 General and Special Conditions of Sale<\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The general conditions define the rules of renting between La Villa Augustine (SCI Villa Auguste -Loueur de meubl\u00e9s touristiques-) and the tenant(s), having booked at least one night's stay on the website\u00a0www.la-villa-augustine.com<\/span><\/a>\u00a0or any other tourist rental platform (online travel agency (OTA)).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1-<\/span>Duration of stay and beneficiaries:\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The rental of the apartments or the Villa in its entirety is understood to be from the day of arrival at 4 pm, until the day of departure at 11 am. The tenant may under no circumstances claim any right to remain at the premises at the end of the stay.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Under no circumstances may the lease concluded between the parties to this deed (La Villa Augustine on the one hand and the tenant(s) named at the time of the reservation) benefit, even partially, third parties, natural or legal persons, without the written consent of the owner (La Villa Augustine). Any infringement of this last paragraph would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the rental at the fault of the tenant, the rental proceeds remaining definitively acquired by the owner.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

When you book your stay on the website www.la-villa-augustine.com, no deposit is taken. The total amount of the booking is debited from the customer's credit card 14 days before the date of arrival.\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

2- Cancellation by the tenant:\u00a0<\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

4 - Damage and costs of repair:\u00a0<\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

On arrival, the tenant must inform the owner of any damage to the premises that he\/she may notice. Any damage the owner observes at the departure of the tenant will be invoiced to the latter (cost of repair of the damage observed).<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

5- Obligations of the tenant\u00a0<\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The tenant commits not to smoke in the Villa, except in the small garden at the back of the Villa.\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The tenant commits to occupy the premises only for housing purposes, excluding, therefore, the exercise of any commercial, professional or industrial activity, and acknowledges that the lease is granted only for temporary and tourist residence, condition without which no lease contract would have been signed.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The tenant commits him\/herself, the members of his\/her family and any connected third party, not to disturb the quiet of the neighbors and of the other tenants.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The tenant must occupy the premises personally and may not, in any case, sublet them, even for no charge, or transfer the rights of this lease, unless otherwise previously agreed with the owner.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The tenant may under no circumstances add furniture, except for linen and some small objects.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The tenant may not make any alterations or changes in the arrangement of the furniture and layout of the premises.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The tenant may not bring any pet into the leased premises without the prior consent of the owner.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The tenant must allow the execution in the premises of urgent works that cannot be postponed.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The tenant must maintain the premises and return them in a good condition at the end of the rental period. Tableware must be washed and put away before departure (this is not included in the cleaning fee), and garbage put in the containers provided for this purpose in the small garden of the Villa.\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The tenant must inform the landlord immediately of any accident or deterioration that takes place in the premises, even if the damage is not visible.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The tenant is responsible for the damages or losses caused during his\/her stay by any occupier of the premises, and in particular due to the use of cigarettes and other combustibles in the apartments.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The tenant will assume responsibility for the complete disinfection of the premises (textiles and bedding), as well as all expenses incurred (loss of rental income for 8 days).\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

6 - Number of beds:\u00a0<\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The premises that form the object of this lease may not, for any reason, be occupied by a number of persons higher than the one stated in the contract. The tenant commits him\/herself, at the time of booking, to declare the exact number of persons residing in the rented premises (between 1 and 4 persons depending on the apartment, up to 12 persons for the rental of the entire Villa).\u00a0\u00a0The owner can refuse additional persons. Any modification or breach of contract due to a number of persons higher than stated in the contract will therefore be the sole responsibility of the customer.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

7 -Insurance:\u00a0<\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by him\/her. He\/is required to be insured by a \u201choliday insurance\u201d covering these different risks.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

8 - Environment:\u00a0<\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Villa Augustine is located in a residential district of Dieppe that is generally very quiet.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Villa Augustine cannot be held liable for possible disturbances occurring in the environment, in particular occasional noise pollution, bad weather, presence and possible disturbances of a natural environment due to the proximity of the sea (e.g., seagulls).\u00a0\u00a0No reimbursement can be requested as a result of these possible disturbances, which are in no way the responsibility of Villa Augustine.\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
